The Problem

TD Canada Trust understood that their two platforms, the branch locator and the digital appointment booking platform needed to facilitate the US market. However, they were looking for technical expertise with technologies like JavaScript and Angular.

The Solution

The first step was to clean up the project in small manageable pieces. This is to make sure that company goals are still met as we improve the project. By reducing the size of the project and improving the speed of the application, we were able prepare for a US launch. We saved time and budget by extending the Canadian application, rather than building a brand new application for America
