Craig Borysowich has over 30 years of Technology Consulting experience with both public and private sector clients, including over ten years in Project Leadership roles. Craig has an extensive background in working with large-scale, high-profile systems integration and development projects that span throughout a customer’s organization. He has an extensive background in designing robust solutions that bring together multiple platforms from Intel to Unix to Mainframe technologies with the Internet.

Lisa Smith has over 20 years experience in the tech insurance industry, with her career leading to becoming the CEO of Tech-Insure Consulting, a boutique-style consulting company on insurance industry solutions. She is also more recently the CEO of Insurekore, the world’s first digital brokerage. Lisa will share her journey to becoming a CEO as well as a mentor for women in business, while also being on panels as an industry expert on AI as well as for companies like Fintech.

Nik is a Senior Engineer and Technical lead with a background in business administration. He has over 10 years working with Clojure and functional programming. Currently, he works at Swiss IT consultancy Deep Impact, where they use the web framework Kit for mission critical software. Nik is deeply passionate about working with small teams to create innovative and highly effective products. In a past life he lived and worked in Toronto as the VP of Technology at a market research consultancy Synqrinus, and created the Clojure/north conference. In his free time he can be found noodling on the guitar, trying out all the local foods and drinks, or out enjoying the mountain air.
